    • Job Details:• Support country procurement of equipment and consumables through prepare request for quotations (RFQ), create purchasing requests (PR), following up the purchasing orders (PO) and submitting goods received (GR) on SAP system. • Perform suppliers evaluation to feed their performance level into the relationship meeting with the suppliers to ensure their development. • Facilitate selection of appropriate suppliers based on procurement regulations and corporate standards. • Contact suppliers to inquire about existing and new product information, develop requests for quotations and confer with vendors regarding damaged goods, delayed payments, or related information. • Engage in cost negotiations with the selected suppliers as required. • Supervision of the supplier’s invoices through validating invoices and asking for corrections if needed before submitting to the finance department. • Ensuring that supplier's payments are done on time by liaising with the accounts payable team. • Ensure the corporate procurement policy and external financial regulations and procurement policies and processes are met in all aspects of the role. • Maintain the warehouse in good order, store all items appropriately and maintain inventory records. • Plan and decide needs based on teaching center targets forecast. • Supervises administrative and logistical services. • Teaching center stock is replenished while reaching the reorder point as necessary. • New goods received are checked against the order on arrival. • Follow up on tasks performed by the contractors including delivery, quality control, and receipts. And, report their performance assessment to the business operations Administrator/Manager.
