Regional Premises Risk Manager (EMEA) – Vice PresidentFull Time

• Job Details:Reporting to EMEA Head of Building Operations and Leading EMEA Country Safety Coordinators & CRS Business Recovery Coordinators in 55 Countries, Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Write, develop and implement a strategy on safety across EMEA that ensures Citi fulfill their responsibilities in respect of both Citi policy and local country safety laws. • Coordination and monitoring of the activities of the Facility Management provider in all areas of Health and Safety and Continuity of Business. • Develop and implement a strategy that will enable CRS to meet Citi requirements for Continuity of Business across the EMEA region. • Provide support, communication and act as a focal point on safety and Continuity of Business for CRS across the EMEA region. • Plan, develop and implement training programs especially in the areas of Fire Safety and Continuity of Business. • Utilize existing and develop new management systems so that Health and safety, Continuity of Business can be effectively monitored and measured to adopt a consistent approach across the region and introduce best practice as appropriate. • Provide updates and reports to Regional and Global Management following any business interruption (terrorist, natural disasters, utility interruption, serious accident / incident) across the EMEA Region. • Provide support to countries subject to audits, legal reviews / inspections or court litigation relating to Health and Safety and Continuity of Business across EMEA Region. • Act as a central technical resource for the management of Health and Safety and Continuity of Business for CRS in EMEA especially in the selection of potential new locations for Citi operations. • Where identified, provide technical support for the assessment, appointment and management of appropriate outsourced Consultants

Country Projects and Asset Manager – Assistant Vice PresidentFull Time

• Job Details:Reporting to CRS Egypt & North Africa Cluster Head and Leading a team of 7 staff, responsibilities & key achievements included: • Managing the Asset Management & Environmental strategy for the portfolio. • Preparing & managing annual budgets for all Projects and Asset Management capital works and expenses. • Preparing Request For Proposals and Contracts for Contractors. • Developing and managing a full facilities management program through leading a team of 7 members. • Developing, managing and maintaining both preventive and reactive maintenance facility to include a customer Service Desk, & Emergency Response Plans. • Project Management of moves, restacking, and building infrastructure replacement & upgrade. • Liaising with Landlords, Managing Agents and Tenants on all aspects of Asset Management Activities. • Maintenance of Continuity of Business plan of Citi Realty Services department including updating of Continuity of Business tracking system and coordinating with Country Continuity of Business Officer. • Ensuring compliance to Citi Fire Safety Policy and Standards through leading a team of 25 Safety Officers and 170 Fire Wardens.
