• Job Details:Key Result Areas:  Preparing and Updating Project Target Schedule using Primavera P6.  Development of Extension of Time Impact for the Project due to Site Accesses, Late Approvals, New Site & Employer Instruction, Delay in Providing Technical Information, etc.  Preparation of Weekly Project Report.  Preparation of Weekly Productivity Report  Preparation of Company’s Over Productivity Report for PMO  Estimation of the manpower requirement for the project base on productivity norms.  Updating actual progress meeting and discussing critical issues and their improvements.  preparing and submitting the main contractor delay notification as per site access.  Cost Control and Budget Supervision.  Evaluation of Claims and Variation Order.  Construction/Technical Auditing.  Financial Auditing. Projects:  Multi-story car parking project - Ministry of Education (more than 70 Million)  Design and Build of pumping station and all accessories - Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (more than 14 Million)  Modification of Fire Fighting System - KFSH & RC (more than 4 Million)  Expansion of the drinking water purification plant in Wadi Al Dawassar - Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (more than 55 Million)  Construction of strategic water Tank in Madinah Munawara - Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (more than 50 Million)
