• Job Details:• Analyze & identify learning needs for the staff; establish training frameworks and delivery plans for Egyptian Railway Polytechnic learner ship students and Egyptian nation railways Operational staff; • Provide effective and well-managed learner-centered adult training to the needs of internal and external customers; • Design and deliver training to learners including but not limited to: safety procedures and instructions, operational and traction training and emergency/degraded work procedures; • Ensure that the training provided to trainees includes all safety aspects and fully complies with the organization’s health and safety policies, standards, and procedures. • Provide detailed individualized feedback on learner progress and achievement in accordance with organizational requirements on the conclusion of any/or delivered training; • Analyze feedback to evaluate customer’s and learner comments and provide reports to capture evaluations and provide any necessary changes/updates to courses; • Maintain own safety competency requirement within own area of expertise; • Review and analyze training documentation at regular intervals and provide suggested changes/enhancements to develop documentation for future needs.
