Job Details:Work for ‘Nile telecom’ company (RINGO), that works in the field of payphones (public phones with prepaid telephone cards, including wireless payphones that work by CDMA technology), I was working for it from 1-7-2000 till 31-10-2009 (closing date of the company due to financial problems). I was hired at 1-7-2000 as ' maintenance supervisor ' for canal region, then I became ' senior maintenance supervisor ' for canal region & my last position was ‘Canal region maintenance manager’ , managing the region of Suez canal & north Sinai cities . The details of my tasks were : to supervise a team of technicians in their work ( repairing payphones faults, telephone cables faults , repairing the faults inside the telecom Egypt exchanges related to the instruments of our company, removing telephone booths from one location to another & preventive maintenace), the revision of the monthly expenses of the technicians , the revision of the spare parts movement from & to worhshop at the head office & determinig of the monthly incentives of the technicians.
