• Job Details:Key Responsibilities:  Reported to Reginal Supply and Demand Head (MEA) with three direct reports Demand Mgrs.  Working as CCC champion & SME to support the Core Commercial Cycle process implantation and Regional Supply Chain Hub implementation in Egypt.  Facilitating the LOC Demand Review Meeting and local Sales & Operations meeting and scoring the effectiveness of DRM meeting as well as S & OP meeting.  Manage the Consensus Forecasting process which include: - o Own Volume Forecasting process and pre-Demand Review Meetings. o Generate statistical baseline and analytics o Own content and present forecast at Demand Review Meeting for Market. o Forecasting performance management. o BI analytics & Reporting  Manage the Supply process which include- o Key point of contact for supply to the market. o Finished goods inventory policy setting and optimisation. o Replenishment planning. o Supply Chain Issue Management (SCIM). o Regularly review key supply parameters, e.g., safety stocks, MOQs, etc. o Interface to Commercial for portfolio Supply Chain changes, e.g. NPI, Pack Change, Site Transfers, Discontinuation o Regional initiative and projects support/tracking.  Design & implement inventory policies & targets considering Supply Lead time, Forecast accuracy, Product shelf life, etc.  Support New Product Launch plans in cooperation with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply plants & Distributors.
