• Managed replacing door sill graphite by bricks saving 8 tons of graphite monthly. • Insert of the first successful Doloma working limning replacing MgC in160-ton ladle. • Managed Bricklaying 120-ton furnace simultaneously, two ladles "100-ton size " were build in11 hours alongside the furnace and side works for first heat requirements in 54 gross time, 36 net time deducting outside reasons for work stoppage.
