• Job Details:* Manage the work flow maintenance activities beside maintenance manager in order to ensure the sustainability and maximum availability of the assessments in a cost effective way within respect of quality, hygiene, safety, environment standards of the company as well as the values. * Recently, passes MCST exam from Mindray HQ as a trainer and has the ability to make certified training in MEA. * Direct contact with Mindray factory (Service department and R&D) department. * Follow-up maintenance program by organizing periodic visits P.M, service calls & contracts call. * Demonstrate the full range of Mindray Ultrasound products and presenting product capabilities to existing clients as well to potential ones. * Provide post installation support to all Mindray Customers as well as follow up training. * Support sales team when required by attending pre and post sales meetings. * Deliver technical and clinical presentations to other health care professionals at universities or other training sites. * cooperate with other departments in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Follow-up the action plan compiling all the actions resulting from audits. * Redact documents, reports, and presentations relevant to maintenance. * Manage the training plan for maintenance engineers team.

Supervisor Service EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:* Already has the authority of managerial skills to guide remaining 18 engineers in our service team. * Working on different Mindray built in ultrasound models such as (Nuewa I9, Resona 6\7, DC-80A, DC-70\ Exp.\X-Insight, DC-60\ Exp.\Pro., DC-45 Crystal\HD , DC-30\HD , DC-N2, DC-N3 , DC-3 , DC-7, DP-5, DP-7.) * Working on different Mindray portable ultrasound models such as: (Z60\50 , Z6\5 , DP-50, DP-10\10 power\20\20 power, DP-30\30 power , DP-2200\2200 plus\1100\1100 plus) * Working and installing digital X-ray Devices such as Mindray model Digi eye 280.
