- Job Details:Devising Strategic Development Plan and Annual Work plan. Participation in strategy outline with respect to the potential developments. Establish a cost-recovery mechanism to ensure that day-to-day operating costs of the residential compounds are recovered. Design and establish a proper control system in the administration of the compound with proper rules, priorities, tariffs and accountable system. Clarification of the legal tenure of land and properties as well as consensus on the way forward, leveraging the findings of the local legal services hired by NADA. Compilation of medium to long-term needs of the compound residents, which constitute the vision for compound development. Preparation of the Strategic Compound Development Plan in close coordination with Compound Sponsors. This Plan should reflect the medium to long-term plans of the residents. Development of the Annual Work plan on the basis of compound development priorities. Constant analysis of the investment components of the compound’s Development Plan to ensure that the NADA residential compounds are self-sustaining and risks minimized. Develop a well-defined compound management system that addresses various aspects of compound management in a structured and coherent manner.
