• Job Details:• Managing safety team. • Inspect all heavy equipment prior to entering the plant to ensure they are safe and free from comments. • Approve and sign all site permits. • Attend all safety meetings with the consultant and owner to handle and close any highlighted safety comments. • Suggest and prepare efficient action plans (taking into account cost) for closing safety matters. • Attend all safety walk downs conducted by consultant/Owner. • Prepare site risk assessments. • Prepare all safety documentations required for new projects (Safety plans, emergency plans, safety forms, safe work procedures, inspection checklists, inspection audit forms etc.). • Ensure that all site safety rules are applied according to site specifications, safety plans, national regulations and international standards. • Conduct regular internal site inspection and audit. • Hold regular internal safety meetings with site safety staff. • Hold regular safety meeting with all site supervisors/Engineers to address all safety related observations and recommendations. • Prepare Weekly/monthly safety statistics reports. • Review and approve all safety training material given to all levels at site. • Hold regular generic tool box talk with all site manpower (Twice per month). • Prepare site safety reports to site managements. • Report any unsafe condition/action to subcontractors through regular safety meetings/emails/official letters for correction. • Investigate site near misses/Accidents to identify the root causes and suggest corrective actions. • Prepare all site near misses/Accidents reports and identifying root causes. • Conduct regular emergency drills and prepare evaluation report. • Review all work method statements to prepare their risk assessments and suggest the proper safety control measures for every work step. • Carry out formative instruction for the staff and employees. • Update and implement the health and safety plans based on the evaluation of site work. • Advise the project managers, site managers, on any deformity found on sites and activate any corrective procedures for management of the deformities found. • Propose disciplinary action for any missed application of safety and security measures provided for in HSE plan.

• Job Details:• Managing safety team of 10 persons (engineers, supervisors and officers). • Review all work method statements to prepare their risk assessments and suggest the proper safety control measures for every work step. • Prepare site emergency plan. • Conduct regular emergency drills and prepare evaluation report. • Conduct Safety inductions and specific safety program. • Conduct regular safety Tool Box Talks. • Select Required PPEs. • Provide and Handle all Egyptian labor law requirements with governmental labor offices. • Carry out formative instruction for the staff and employees. • Update and implement the health and safety plans based on the evaluation of the work site. • Advise the project managers, site managers, on any deformity found on sites and activate any corrective procedures for management of the deformities found. • Investigate incidents and study the amendment methods to prevent recurrence of it. • Prepare safety statistics reports. • Prepare Accidents/Near miss reports. • Attend all safety meetings/Walk downs with the client. • Propose disciplinary action for any missed application of safety and security measures provided for in HSE plan.
