• Job Details:- Serve the real estate development through various Channels. - Preparing Real Estate Projects Inventory and Pricing based on cost and weighted pricing for the project and market competition. - Manage day to day smooth operations for the sales team and aliening with sales directors and managers to fulfill the sales requirements and customer requests along with the approved inventory release policy. - Managing a support Team of Sales operations executive to coordinate the back-office work of the sales Team (Reservations, Reservation, Contracts, Payment Plans). - Creating operational Process and building up daily and periodically slandered operations process for each transaction starting from the sales, operations, customer service, handover team. - Brokers back office operations and reporting. - CRM and ERP systems activation. - To attain set KPI on Customer Satisfaction that is measured through surveys. - Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth - Participate in management meetings. - Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution - Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission - Develop Operations procedures, policies and standards - Keep accurate records and document - Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports - Recruit, mentor, develop and manage Operations Staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment - Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement - Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets Adhere to and manage the approved budget Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
