• Job Details:Have started with Egyptian Steel since the foundation of the company and building the factories in the position of Group Information systems until completion of the whole digital transformation. spent whole 9 years The role covers all aspects of modern Information Systems management and operations, responsible for building and leading efficient and innovative IT department that is able to deliver upon agreed goals and milestone for the whole group (Designing IT organization structure, IT team role profiles, Hiring and evaluating, managing and developing, IT service management, IT solutions roadmaps and IT governance), IT smooth operations, adopting latest trends and technologies that are future ready and of high value to the business. The role primarily covers establishing and implementing SAP ERP across the organization for major business tracks and disciplines covering Finance, controlling and budgeting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Asset management, HCM, Business Intelligence and DSS systems. The IS business solutions also extends to advanced integrated systems on top of SAP ERP such as Success Factors, SAP Talent Management suite covering end-to-end HR domains, also the very important operational activity of integration with manufacturing automation system and SAP ERP. Equally important, the role covers, IT infrastructure, services, LAN and WAN connectivity, end users’ collaboration and UCS systems, building integrated IT eco system from qualified internal IT resources, global vendors and reliable 3rd party vendors and partners to support Egyptian Steel group in its mission and vision.

Area Manager Information Systems, MENAFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for overall IS service provisioning, business applications and solutions, networking & data security and end users’ collaboration tools Responsible for designing and executing digital transformation strategy, enable business growth and sustainability, enable business users’ with the IT platforms and collaborative tools, ERP systems (SAP and MFG PRO), Front office and sales reporting, demand planning and forecast, etc. • Responsible for communicating, aligning global and local IS strategies, roadmap, solutions portfolio and projects with management boards, key stakeholders and key users. • Responsible for developing and motivating IS/IT team with a higher purpose and excellent employee engagement and commitment. • Owner of IS/IT budget, seeking needed funding of future CAPEX projects. • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction (end users) and high productivity • Ensuring compliance of end users to official IT policies and precautions • Ensuring smooth operations and business continuity through reliable DRP and risk avoidance measures
