• Job Details:•Start decision the strategy of the company and what the need. •Start designing for a new and completely infrastructure. •Establishing the infrastructure of HQ, Factories and 6 Stores. •Start Install, Configuration and Manage of more than 15 infrastructure network servers 2012 & 2008 and Linux (PDC, Additional, Backup, ERP, ELASTIX, Firewall) to each branch. •Creating Accounts to all users with mange all their roles. •Responsible for the Replication for all sites. •Work on Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, SCCM, and other servers/applications depends on work need. •Upgrade and response for 200 Desktop Clients and LAN & WAN. •Responsible for the installation, configuration, manage and Monitoring VPN between the 4 factories of the company and HQ. •Supporting the company call center by working on ELASTIX (Linux OS) •Managing and supporting Network Infrastructure (Switches & Cabling). •Work with Service Management Suite as a ticketing system to support user’s problems and issues. •Make regular backups Daily with Microsoft and Symantec backup exec • Install, Configuration and Manage TMG 2010 Firewall and upgrade it after that to SOPHOS Firewall. •Train New IT support members and Clients for current or implemented work activities and Give them a complete over view of our infrastructure with Present help hand in their new tasks. •Kaspersky Security Center 10 to secure Servers from any hack or viruses.
