• Job Details:• Ensure preparing and developing the training materials according to company's methodologies. • Develop creative PowerPoint slide designs for slideshow. • Develop animated ex-plainer videos for online delivery. • Design course advertisements for public courses. • Design social media post designs. • Montage shooting videos and Mixage recorded audios. • Analyze training needs to develop or modify training programs. • Translate the materials and exercises. • Ensure the readiness of training materials. • Review and maintain consistency of training materials. • Ensure the delivery of training programs as per company's training objective. • Coordinate with training manager to prepare training plan and establish the training logistics. • Develop materials based on trainees feedback. • Responsible for training expenses. • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly. • Fix any problem raised immediately, report and take action for not repeating.
