Drive our digital strategic plan and roadmap through the identification, analysis, and implementation of new and enhanced credit card servicing capabilities for our web and mobile consumer banking applications.
Understand competitive and industry positions and develop business cases for prioritization of new/enhanced capabilities .

Manage vendor relationships to insure delivery against customer experience and operational service levels 
Collaborate with MasterCard and Visa to implement marketing strategies, enhance product offerings and leverage client excellence.
Manage the effective utilization of marketing budget for Credit Cards
Collect metrics and analytics from regional partners to measure success 
Provide support in internal and external benchmarking that needs to be maintained 
Provide regular reporting on status of product.
Be responsible for delivering of the Credit Card Annual Revenue.
Work with respective Business teams, Multi-channel Retail Distribution, telesales & direct sales to maximize productivity.
Responsible for managing credit cards portfolio by launching periodic spend campaigns to enhance profitability indicators.
Maximize Cross selling opportunities and utilization rates through promoting balance building products.
Designing new portfolio products while monitoring P&L.
Manage development projects to enhance credit cards cycle including migrations of cards printing and system enhancements.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining vendor management relationship to ensure projects completion effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for liaising with marketing team the marketing campaigns to spread the awareness of the current products through EDMS, Statement ADS, extra.
Act as a focal point to solve customers’ complaints, manage cards activation and attraction.

Report Collections performance indicators & validate actual results to collections management / regional collections team through Global MIS Achievement, Collections Deck, extra.
Participating in KPI’s planning exercises.
Validate Collections Expense variance throughout the year, evaluate / implement alternative choices to decrease it.
Monitoring Compliance to Citibank's credit policies and local regulations through applying and constantly developing call monitoring process / guide agents to correct deviations from required quality standards.
Ensure fulfillment of regional Audit requirements in accordance with CITI Global policies.
Handling difficult customer's inquiries, complaints and disputes with the aim of resolving and reducing complaints.
Checking eligibility of extending customer's delinquent loans tenor in accordance with bank set policies.
Participate in Developing the External agencies quality control process.
Conduct Continuity of business testing.
