• Job Details:Architect - Team Leader - Assist in design development phase in order to create designs that meet client's vision and standard specifications. - Preparing Schematic design reports for projects proposal. - Creating 3D visualization for the project using 3D modeling and architectural post production. - In charge of coordinating a team effort to complete Working Drawings set , BOQs and technical specifications for the project. - Coordinating with other disciplines in order to present integrated project design. - Act as motivator, supervisor and mentor to guide the team’s vision and ensure that everything goes according to the plan during the day-to-day projects tasks. - Writing reports to keep the principal architect informed about the status of the project. -Preparing company brochures and updated portfolio. -Team member of design review projects for other consultancies.
