• Job Details:1. Extract and send system reports on a daily basis. 2. Update the facility’s daily position and report it to the Business Development department. 3. Update the log including: complaints, cheques, promissory notes, assignments, agreements, legal and transactional documents. 4. Prepare all necessary documents required to process files with the assigned banks. 5. Ensure proper record keeping (archiving), timely and accurate data entry in coordination with other team members. 6. Responsible for all the clients services there 7.following up all the related data with companies that gives the bank any services 8. Monitors any shortage of items inside the branch and responsible for making orders for it
