- Job Details:• Perform all secretarial and administration duties, which include handling normal and electronic mails and correspondences, presenting a proper filing system, following up on tasks distributed to concerned Head of Departments, arranging for meetings, prepare efficient meeting minutes. • Managing all Cluster General Manager’s appointments, telephone calls, messages, and meetings. • Preparing business reports when required. • Arranging all domestic and International flights to the Cluster General Manager and sometimes other Head Departments, if required. • Maintaining a filling system for the Cluster General Manager’s personal files, such as, mobile invoices, bank statements, and all related personal matters. • Creating a tracking greetings system for the Cluster General Manager public contacts, either by normal or electronic mails. • Handling all guest complaints and requests, either by normal or electronic mails. • Preparing a monthly report for all the negative comments received from guests and follow up on the corrective actions that should be taken. • Handling Trip Advisor and SALT replies and monitoring all the guests’ responses about the Hotel services and facilities.
