• Job Details:1. Controls the procurement of raw materials, time scale identified in MRP 2. Analyses firm customer requirements and produce a workable plan for his product 3. Checks the accuracy of orders before issuing to suppliers 4. Determines the method of supply, based on demand, stock available, production requirement as well as 5. Control supplier delivery performance. And allocate relevant special costs (if needed) accordingly 6. Determines over deliveries & negotiate with supplier accordingly. (Return or Scrap). 7. Monitor supplier(s)'s delivery shortfalls and take necessary actions to resolve. 8. Sending OTIF results to the suppliers on a monthly basis & requesting action plans. 9. Regular communication with Logistics Department seeking prioritization of raw material release from consolidation centers.. 10. Continuously provide relevant information to superiors and peers in an accurate and understandable manner. 11. Prepare periodic statistical reports 12. Set objectives, prioritize and allocate resource to meet targets 13. Assist and support Supply Chain other functions in problem solving to ensure that all operations are running smoothly. 14. Quality Standards: Safety, Health & Environmental System. Product liability & Safety

• Job Details:-Inspect and process F&B purchasing requisitions and reports -Plan, monitor, coordinate and evaluate F&B purchasing activities and expenses as specified by the Manager -Receive, verify, organize and follow up on all F&B purchased items -Communicate with vendors on price, availability, delivery, quality and purchases supplies -Compare and evaluate costs vs. quality and suitability of products -Stay abreast to new products, market conditions and trends.
