• Job Details:- Annual marketing plan creation & execution. - Create monthly and annual marketing performance reports - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis. - Direct & Supervise the social media strategy & content. - Oversee the social media pages moderation & make sure the replies & comments align with the brand image. - Manage campaigns' workflow and ensure the delivery of the materials on time. - Strategize & oversee the marketing campaigns online & offline, including media buying & blogger trips. - Measure, report, and share the marketing campaigns' results and recommendations with the director of sales & marketing and E-Commerce team. - Research potential markets according to the sales & marketing vision & plan the proper approach to reach them. - Approves and oversees the marketing materials' creative development, website content, advertisements, giveaways, and other marketing-related projects online and offline. - Periodical review and update for the sales kits (fact sheets, brochure, honeymoon packages..etc) to match the sales direction & brand image. - Interviews, hire, and oversee the training of the marketing team - Direct & oversee all the marketing related events & projects (photoshoots, giveaways , events & new digital projects). - Review the new projects contracts & follow up on the project from approval to execution. - Manage the relationships & communicate with the media and vendors ensuring all projects are according to the marketing plan and within budget. - Attend travel exhibitions & conduct meetings with potential partners for future projects & business development.
