• Job Details:• Conduct a daily round on inpatients and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient experience. • Report patients’ feedback on a daily basis. • Welcome and escort the VIP patients, and ensure all departments are aware of their requirements. • Manage the main reception as a Guest Relations Officer. • Conduct daily surveys on patient satisfaction (calls or face-to-face). • Respond to patients’ enquires and solve any issue they face. • Initiate the complaint cycle and conduct internal investigation in case of a dissatisfied patient. • Manage and produce all content and designs related to the Service Excellence project “Ana Mumtaz” created to improve patient satisfaction. • Write success stories to celebrate hospital’s milestones.
