Quality Control SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:-Familiar with ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001). -Supervise implement QHSE Management system. -Build /Support to build the document system including working procedures, instructions to comply with ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018. -Create document templates and manage document flow within the organization. -Supervise the easy retrieval of files according to the needs of employees and clients. -Review and update various documents such as workflow files. -Follows up on the copies and storage of documents and documents. -Coding quality system documents and reviewing it's documents. -Create flow charts for all the process within the whole organization. -Preparing of Internal audits plans according to the process within the organization. -Analyzes the internal audit findings reports and follow up activities. -Experience with common quality tools such as fishbone diagram and control charts.

Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Experience in Printed Circuit Board assembly process. -Experience of IPC-A-610D standard requirement. -Expert with SMT, wave soldering, DIP processes. -Inspection sampling plans based on MIL-STD-105E (AQL). -Implement quality control process (IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC). -Root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions as well as follow up their implementations. -Ability to create 8D reports. -Report writing with excellent presentation skills. -Effective interaction with other departments/suppliers. -Improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S.
