- Job Details:-Answering customers' inquiries via Chat. providing the right information, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued. -Making outbound transactions to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. -Work in single chat or double chats as per requirements. -Fix technical issues related to mobile network & home internet. -Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. -Escalate customer issues to Officer or Service Recovery Team if a satisfactory outcome for the customer cannot be achieved via standard procedures. -Communicates with other departments to answer customers’ inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs. -Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
