• To assist the Head of HR with preparing, developing and implementing policy and procedures on staff
recruitment and to assist in the development of other HR Policies and procedures.

• To continuously review the staff handbook and update accordingly to any legislative changes.

• To deal with queries relating to supplying of references, voluntary work and student placements, passing information to relevant service, etc.

• To keep up to date with all legal and other HR developments.

• To continually monitor and update statistical data to ensure the trends arereported.

• To work collaboratively and in a supportive manner within the HR team, the finance team and other departments to ensure that the overall aims and objectives are achieved.

• To maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.

• To assist the Head of HR & Training and HR colleagues when required. This may include minute taking, attendance at employee relations meetings, dealing with general queries, filing etc.

•To assist in training and coaching new managers on recruitment and selection processes.

•Coordinate with all functional heads the yearly recruitment plan.

•Interview candidates in all bank fields especially (Credit- Corporate-Treasury-Finance-Retail & Audit) for open positions using competencies model in interviewing and performing exist interviews with terminated employees.

•Carry out recruitment functions as developing sources of qualified applicants ,screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests

•Ensure recruitment and selection process, plans, policies and procedures are implementing with high competent staff.

•Define the required competencies from job description and establish hiring criteria based on competencies needed to perform job.

•Preparing offers to the selected candidates after making comparisons concerning years of experience & revising the organization scale then take the approval of the HR Director.

•Administer the yearly appraisals & follow up with the top management the finalizing steps.

•Develop and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies and other sources of applicants.

• Supervising any recruitment Events like employment fairs, handling checks & vacancies that will be in the booklet.

•Prepare and analyzes statistical reports to monitor applicants flow selection &turnover; for compliance with organization goals.

•Coordinate with all functional heads the yearly recruitment plan.

•Develop and Create organizational Structure to existing Department and new created ones.

•Advising and coaching any employee needs help or had any question regarding hiring, career path, transfer.
