• Job Details:-ERP user. -Handle incoming procurement requests from different departments and calculate forecast for long period. -Issuing POs on ERP system, and send them to the suppliers. -Deal with suppliers and evaluate their abilities and capacity. -Negotiate for the best prices and payment terms. -Ensure all administration & documentation of purchase processes (requisition, po, contracts and invoices) are compliance with company policy. -Maintain procurement records such as items purchased costs, delivery time, product quality, suppliers performance . -Ensure the delivery of goods into warehouse in a timely manner, and ensure its quality. - Arrange payment for supplires on time according to the payment terms. -Tracking warehouse stock to maintain inventory and procurement records updated regularly.
