• Job Details:Responsibilities: 1- Leading a central team of seven employees and a filed team of 112 volunteers in 22 governorates 2- Responsible for the out-reach of 40.000 vulnerable families with about 170.000 beneficiaries of different nationalities 3- Developing the intervention plans for the cases 4- Responsible for the internal transfer of the cases to the relevant operational section according to the intervention plan 5- Monitoring and evaluation of the service provision process, quality concerning cases (Egyptian- Refugees) 6- Responsible for the cases rights protection 7- Reporting of the beneficiaries’ situation in every project quarterly 8- Service provision for the humanitarian assistance cases that are not included in a specific project 9- Developing all the data collection tools related to the cases in any project in the organization 10- Developing the whole cases database by merging the data base of all the organization projects 11- Developing the data collection tools on kobotoolbox 12- Design -with continuous technical support- the online workflow of the cases between the case management team, the operations team and the fundraising team 13- Developing some tools to automate the process of data check and developing the intervention plans 14- Support the other departments by performing technical trainings related to M&E, data analysis and data collection.
