• Job Details:- Check technical drawings in order to ensure the feasibility of project design and engineering activities and review them with in coordination with Brand Managers - Identify all design and commercial parameters, and handle them in coordination with Malls and Brand Managers, landlords and public authorities. - Communicate commercial and technical requirements to designers - Request quotation/invoices from suppliers and contractors & review them - Receive final drawings from brand designers, revise and submit them to respective Malls for approval in coordination with MEP Consultants - Coordinate with the Accounting department for timely payment and with the Logistics department to ensure availability of needed material - Follow-up on internal and external reviews and design drawings approval - Follow-up on site works to ensure they are following the design drawings & time schedule - Do the snag list after openings and set schedule to finalize them and follow up on the contractors
