• Job Details:Designed the curriculum for foundation stage 1 and 2 (6 classes) and created the learning materials and resources for the FS department. Developed reading, writing and comprehension skills in children. Prepared weekly assessments and activities to be updated on children’s progress. Kept classroom decorative for children’s learning purposes. Prepared daily lesson plans/weekly and activities to assist self and co-teacher. Kept co-teacher updated on all objectives, tasks and plans. Implemented the school's behavior policy and strategies to maintain high standards of behaviour. Monitored and evaluated outcomes achieved from classroom practice. Promoted and modeled good relationships with parents based on mutual respect to raise aspirations and improve pupils’ outcomes - involving parents in the education and well-being of their children. Responsible for foundation stage, end of the year show and the graduation party.
