• Job Details:Was responsible to stablish three companies under mg group funded by Saudi investors in Egypt my role was stablishing 3 companies in a different sectors beside the branding of the mother company separately the companies were soft ware house was responsible for creating applications based on the investors projects and other customers projects application ,also was supervising the outcome of the technical team based on creating the suitable ” business model canvas ”, marketing and research . the second company was an in house digital marketing agency serving the marketing part of the software house and other clints needs. Third was creating new cloth brand for KSA elite class starting from the fashion design process then the application design ,creating the business model and the marketing strategy till the sales and the offline presence plan for customers ,also was responsible for creating the whole system with the alternative risk plans inside the company ,also creating the tailored job descriptions as per the project needs with the HR department supervising and making the technical interviews for the marketing ,sales ,account management team and brand management team .finally setting the suitable business model for the 4 brands in order to be executed by the mangers and the brand managers to achieve the company aimed ROI and reaching the right target customers and audience .
