• Job Details:• Head of a team of Three Junior Technical Office Engineers. • Distribute tasks and projects among the team. • Follow up the with the team’s projects. • Revise the teams work; subcontractors’ invoices, Weekly Progress Reports, Shop-drawings, Bill of Quantities, etc. • Study the project contract documents. • Prepare Bill of Quantities to the project and contact the subcontractors for prices. • Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings and coordination drawings. • Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs), material submittals (MS), material inspection requests (MIR), inspection requests (IR), document submittals (DS), and update the LOG accordingly. • Prepare weekly report on progress of assigned project. • Participate in solving / reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction. • Interact with the Procurement Department regarding the needed materials, equipment, etc. to be supplied to site. • Follow up subcontractor’s progress. • Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices. • Issue customers and subcontractors’ invoices. • Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elec...) • Coordinate between consultants, external agencies, subcontractors, property owners and others. • Inspect sites works and prepare snag lists. • Monitor project budget, schedule and check project plans. • Prepare as-built drawings and all closeout documents at the end of the project.

• Job Details:Architectural design: Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients advising clients Producing detailed drawings Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists making site visits to check on progress Dealing with problems that might come up during building. Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project Gather and collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations or repairs. Prepare architecture design based on design requirements. Submit architectural designs to management and clients for review and approval.Manage, support and guide designers involved in preparing drawings. Review design requirements and determine best design options for building project. Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas. Use CAD tool effectively to draft design drawings. Modify and update designs based on review comments from management. Ensure to follow best practices and company standards. Evaluate site conditions and constraints for construction projects. Maintain all the documentations related to architectural designs and construction conditions. Update existing design techniques with respect to latest design trends. Provide project status updates to management and stakeholders on regular basis. Manage and execute design assignments in a timely manner. Landscape Design: Using creativity and the beauty of nature to create a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing and functional area. Areas may include personal lawns, parks, highways, walkways, and more. Planning the finished product, tying in new features with current ones, by sketching it to scale. These drawings will be very detailed, down to the window and door placement on the buildings. Make public presentations when necessary to discuss the project, complete with charts, sketches, and so forth. Reviewing plans, proposed changes, and any other necessary documents. Oversees progression of the project to ensure that it is going as planned.
