• Job Details:• Pre-contract tasks: reviewing tender documents, highlighting risks, and preparing a fully integrated report incorporating new recommended clauses to be taken into consideration while negotiating on the contract terms and conditions in tender stage. • While for post contract award stage: my tasks include drafting contractual letters, preparing subcontract agreements, manage variations, prepare Claims and provide contractual consultations to the client regarding any discrepancy, conflict and ambiguities found in the contract documents, manage disputes procedures and support the client till reaching a settlement with the other party. • Arbitration tasks: Manage the arbitration process and prepare all pertinent documents to be submitted to the arbitration center and the tribunal (e.g.: request for commence arbitration, SOC, SOD, rejoinders and responses). • Litigation tasks: Manage litigation process and prepare all technical reports to be submitted.
