Sales Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasts. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Provide insights and recommendations based on sales analysis to support decision-making processes. - Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports for management and stakeholders. 4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): - Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, track interactions, and maintain accurate records. - Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. 5. Sales Support and Coordination: - Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and distribute sales materials and promotional content. - Provide support in lead generation activities, including data research and qualification. - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
