• Job Details:• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services. • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries. • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. • Research suppliers and vendors that meet the goals of the company. • Find suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints. • Manage inventory. • Ensure partners continue to meet company needs. • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements. • Evaluate project requirements and prepare detailed bids. This includes understanding project specifications, estimating costs, and developing competitive proposals. • Ensure that procured materials and equipment meet specified quality standards and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
