MEP MANAGER CFC OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT.Full Time

• Job Details:- Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. - Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements - Provide leadership to the project team and Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project - Establish, update, and communicate the Project Schedule and manage its implementation. - To evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per the schedule and arrange for the availability of the same. - Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget. - Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. - Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions - Ensure achievement of project mission statement and goals and be responsible for all day-to-day activities. - Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters of the operation of the Project. - To ensure successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time - Supporting for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project. - Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project. - To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtain approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs, etc.) - To arrange timely obtaining of all clearances, approvals, permissions... as may be required from time to time from any statutory authorities during the execution of the Project. - To schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in coordination with the –Planning Engineer

TITLE: MEP PROJECTS MANAGER & BID DPFull Time

• Job Details:- Review whole Project Documents from Charter, Register, Stake Holders, Inputs. - Implement and adhere to the necessary bid procedures, governance and processes - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring Technical feasibility, and Ensure resource availability and allocation - Conduct effective bid reviews, and maintain version control of all proposals and support documents development including the final submission - Report and escalate to management as needed - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Ensure compliance to the bid qualification (bid / no bid) process - Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets job Requirements. - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors - Provide technical writing, editing, and proof-reading of all proposals - Schedule periodic bid reviews in line with the bid process, and obtain the necessary signoffs - Responsible for requesting and coordinating inputs from all relevant internal and external stakeholders - Actively participate in the contract review before submission and post award - Register and ensure all the opportunities are up to date on the companies CRM and followed in the companies CRM

Project Manager MEPFull Time

• Job Details:- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring Technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets job Requirements. - Handing Over the project with the Preliminary Certificate and final payment certificate. - Finalizing the Snag List with Consultant and Client Approvals
