Material handling Superintendent Full Time

• Job Details:1-Apply the standard procedures and planning the working according to the production plan issues by the Production Management. 2-Ensures the plant is constantly properly operating during the shift. 3-Inform the superintendent if any out of norm matter happens during the process and development all the production parameters and reporting to superintendent by abnormalities. 4-Report every issue happening during the shift in the handover report and making sure that all products produced within his area meet quality standards with all important production parameters are recorded. 5-Reporting all incidents occurring in the Plant during the shift 6-Reviewing Lab daily report to ensure meeting all specifications and making sure of quality for all raw materials used are checked, weighed and recorded all details. 7-Follow the samples schedule 8-Manage and coordinate my team and ordering work and supervising the staff in his section. 9-Propose technical or organizational idea to improve the work Educating and training the staff according to their ability. 10-Revising all equipments during the shift and making sure that all machinery, equipment utensils and work area are properly cleaned and well maintained. 11-Training the operators to be recognized with all areas in the plant. Training the staff to handle chemicals and make sure that they follow all precautionary measures while handling chemicals. 12-Following up the operators performance and working closely with Production Management and put forward suggestions/recommendations to improve overall efficiency 13-Monitoring and checking the flow during the process and carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time. 14-Dispatch the safety information to his team Observing and ensuring compliance to health & safety quality and environmental policies. 15-Following up the equipments maintenance schedule 16-Reporting the equipment breakdown to the maintenance whenever happened 17-Interacting with sub-contractors for the supply of the consumables 18-Interacting with sub-contractors for removing the refusals 19-Make sure the safety rules are applied for his employees and subcontractors Take care to keep clean apull areas while working 20-Be sure that all workers have the suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) and the suitable accreditation (electrical, confined space, atex‡) to work 21-Check work permits when any one is performing a job on site
