• Job Details:My job as a HSE includes being responsible for partnering with field operators and operation teams to ensure jobs are preformed safely and effectively as per company and global HSE standards and requirements. Other responsibilities include: 1. Training workers on safety matters and work procedures 2. Identifying hazards at the workplace, reporting and working on mitigation plans to reduce risk and likelihood (Risk Management) 3. Conducting field and workshop visits to inspect the work place and inspecting equipment. Reporting findings and creating action plans to implement mitigation and control plans. 4. Creating and and enforcing monthly safety hazard hunts 5. Reporting monthly HSE performance/statistics and KPI tracking 6. Responding to HSE sections for tenders as per customer requirements. 7. Working with customers on bridging HSE SQ Management systems. 8. Working with customers on monthly HSE campaigns and initiatives 9. Reporting Observations and Stop Work Authorities 10. Training employees on recognition of and reporting of unsafe acts/unsafe conditions My skills and experience include: - Experience in a fast paced, changing/growing organization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort collaborating with site leaders. - Proficient in both English and Arabic - Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and the use of pivot tables and the development of charts and graphics. - Ability to manage multiple sites/remotely.
