• Job Details:Responsible with the development of product, branding, positioning and market segmentation within their category of responsibility. The Brand Manager will, with the guidance and direction of their supervisor ensure all product, communications, promotions and initiatives align with the brand directive. The Brand Manager will be an expert in their category of cosmetics and will regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales. He/she will be responsible for product management duties related to cosmetic product launches, product improvement and product rationalization initiatives and ensure targeted milestones are met on time. The Brand Manager will manage, with supervision, all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new SKIN CARE product launches, and other elements identified within their respective category of cosmetic responsibilities. Clear understanding of the responsibility, including market trends, competitive activity, category segmentation, consumer usage and more. Peer-leadership of a cross-functional team comprised of Product Development, Creative, Supply Chain, Field Development and Warehouse Distribution to create alignment and smooth release of products Integration of global requirements as it relates to product launch and marketing plans in category of responsibility
