• Job Details: Excellent knowledge of Bupa Intl., Allianz Intl. schemes in addition to Medmark schemes (Horizon plan).  Responsible for Egyptian Ministry of foreign affairs (EMFA) account.  Claims assessment and translation.  Research for medical information and its relation to the case submitted.  Handling member`s/provider`s inquiries (including hospitals, pharmacies, radiology centers, and laboratories).  Following up with providers to ensure delivering optimum services to customers.  Following up with Allianz at Ireland to ensure the assessment of inpatient claims.  Communicating with our partners (Allianz Intl) to get approvals to the members.  Working on underwriting  Giving the opinion to Delta insurance company for Travel plans (outside Egypt emergency case).
