Also, review employment and working conditions to ensure that they comply with legal requirements. • Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks, such as keeping employees and HR records up to date. This includes taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records. •Streamlining the process, as in digitalizing data and summarizing them into Excel sheets for easy access and analysis.
