• Job Details:- Respond to online requests and inquiries from services providers (Hospitals – Clinics) by following standard scripts and procedures. - Responsible for giving online approvals to providers for eligible services. - Responsible to ensure that all cases are answered within predetermined timescales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service. - Document details of messages and conversation and actions taken, in order to make further follow-ups and corrective action as required.
