Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Performs other duties regarding the HR department.
