• Job Details:I start from the moment our clients sent us inquiry about the product with the specifications needed, then we check with our plant the quantity and specs we have after doing a quality test with all specifications , after that we send our clients our offer with the best profit to our company, I then go into negotiations with our clients on prices sometimes even doing auctions on Ariba platform, then when we settle on agreement we receive Purchase order , and from our end we send our Performa invoices after going through all terms and conditions with our clients, then we check with shipping lines the availability of vessels with best rate and delivery time , then we proceed with the bookings, we then open Nafeza Platform , to submit all details after writing down Commercial Invoices, afterwards we check everything with our pland with loading orders and shipping marks , sending all drafts to our client, after wards we proceed with payment terms that differs from one client to the other ,after loading our goods we make sure we track our shipments till it reach safely to our client and receiving the feedback as well .
