  • Job Details:▪Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial management ▪Upload Financial Plans on ERP System ▪Develop and maintain a detailed cost control system and regularly perform analytical reviews and checks of cost reporting documentation, and present cost status illustrating budgets with saving or cost overrun and forecast updates. ▪Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and budget limits ▪Material tracking staring from the site requisition, delivery and installation ending up with material/progress approval at the invoice. ▪Monitor costs, collect and compile progress and cost data, create cost control worksheets and reports for review by delivery teams within each project stage. ▪Compile financial data related to accruals, invoice payments, purchase orders and material deliveries. ▪Responsible for coordinating Commercial meetings internally and with the employer and/or the engineer to review, discuss and approve the submitted invoices and variation orders, in addition to conduct site visits to verify site progress that reflected in the invoices. Attending regular commercial meeting with projects parties to discuss projects’ commercial issues and its status. ▪Routinely analyze, evaluate projects’ Commercial and financial status. ▪Internal Reporting-projects commercial and financial status (includes: invoices and variations status, cash flow update, collection if certified due amounts and Procurement follow up). ▪Assisting Project Management with Contractual issues. ▪Responsible for creating and submitting cost claims. ▪Testing and verifying ERP Reports
