My field background is continuingly growing to reach the optimum of being a journalist in the field of media and communication. I am currently a video journalist and broadcast journalist working for a number of news and media agencies in Cairo. I have gained experience in the field of journalism, communication and media for more than five years. Currently freelancing for Associated Press Television Network, and working as a broadcast journalist for the BBC Arabic bureau in Cairo with an MA in TV and Digital Journalism from the American University in Cairo. I have had the opportunity to work in field broadcasting, both in Cairo for AP and BBC and internationally for Al Ghad Al Arabi in Washington DC, and in the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Denmark. I am well versed with Middle East’s policy analysis based on my work experience in media. I am well rounded with the use of full HD video cameras and DSLR s as well as studio operation.
