• Job Details:Monitoring, inspecting ,and proposing measures to correct or improve the service and the analysis in Chemistry Administration Alexandria. Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures and perform routine inspections and quality tests. Internal audit in laboratories. Prepared and validated buffers and in-house reagents, calibrators and controls in advance of laboratory testing and analysis orders. Recording and interpreting laboratory results to present to lab manager. Preparing and examining the industrial specimens using variety of instruments and manual techniques. Writing the test reports of the analyzed samples that are sent to Egyptian Customs Authority, Industrial Control Authority and to many industrial companies and factories. Prioritizing work assigned, maintaining accurate records of work performed and initiating corrective action in case of defective records or inadequate care plans. Performed high complexity testing by preparing specimens for analysis and maintaining assay quality. Gathering laboratory samples and read test results and compare them to safety data sheet in order to make decision either they are confirming the standards or not. Set and oversaw quality assurance guidelines for laboratory work. Maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time. Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions. Developed and implemented performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement. Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems. Dealing with many instruments as I worked in many labs : 1) dealing with the industrial samples for analysis and writing their reports. 2) worked in Microbiology lab and deal with all its devices and well know all its techniques. 3)worked in food analysis labs for nearly a year and analysis of all its samples and worked on MPA II Bruker OPUS (FT-NIR) in milk and milk products analysis, edible oil analysis, cocoa butter analysis, bakery ingredients as well as grains , seeds and forage . 4) worked in Constructions, Paints , Metals and Fertilizers Lab and worked on Handheld XRF Analyzer (X-MET 8000), on bench XRF optical emission for inorganic analysis and also Foundry Master device for detection of the purity of metal alloys and the components of alloy accurately. Completed paperwork, recognizing discrepancies and promptly addressing for resolution.
