• Job Details:-Meet with the project stakeholders and prepare TNA for their respective projects. - Create and enhance training materials and presentations. - Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. - Conduct effective training on both product knowledge and soft skills related. - Develop a wide variety of training methods. - Commitment regularly with Operations to assess agents needing training and delivering required new and refresher classes. - Facilitating the new hires and OJT conducting. - Identify and assess future and current training needs
