• Job Details:1- Check for all the seals export orders to know the monthly needed rates 2- Prepare Shipping Declaration and send it to Freight Forwarder to prepare the booking and revert with booking confirmation. 3- Check the vessel cutoff and set the loading date 4- advise warehouse, Freight Forwarder and Custom Broker with loading date that each will prepare his work for this day. 5- Check the container numbers and prepare the Final Shipping Declaration and send to Freight Forwarder to proceed and revert with draft 6- Check the draft and send it to the Export Sales Representative for the shipment 7- Prepare an Excel Sheet for ‘pending orders and their status’ ‘prepare the monthly closing sheet’ ‘prepare Batch number sheet after checking the numbers with quality team’ 8- Check the status of each Health Certificate before setting loading date 9- Check with planning team starting production date for each order to prepare all the needed documents
