In addition, perform specific portions of assignments, using prescribed methods, under general supervision while using computer aided drawing, presentation tools, and general office software. Assist with specifications and research products. Perform site surveys and maintain resource materials.

• Job Details:• Do both interior and exterior painting on all types of building surfaces such as woods, concrete, wallboard, metal and plaster. Incumbent paints walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, equipment and finishes furniture. • Determines the methods, techniques, devices, and materials that are best suited to the surface finish required and to obtain proper adhesion and finished appearance. • Prepares painting materials by tinting, toning, matching, blending, and mixing in various additives.
