BIM Modeler/Draftsman

• Job Details:Develop detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit). Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate their designs into the overall BIM model. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of BIM models. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and correct discrepancies or errors. Utilize parametric modeling techniques to create intelligent objects within the BIM environment. Assist in the creation of construction sequencing and phasing simulations. Explore and implement innovative tools and techniques to enhance BIM processes. Facilitate communication and collaboration among different disciplines involved in the design and construction process. Collaborate with other BIM modelers to establish and maintain data exchange protocols. Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements. Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on specifications provided by engineers or architects.
