• Job Details:Product development as designing new sheet metal product using CAD software as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Develop prototypes for new designs ensuring feasibility and performance are met. Tooling design as developing and testing dies and punches used in sheet metal forming to increase efficiency. Improving and developing new manufacturing processes (stamping, roll forming, press brake) to enhance productivity. Cross-functional collaboration as working with production, architecture, sales and quality teams to align R&D efforts with customer requirements.

Intern

• Job Details:Received comprehensive training in the utility, repair, and construction department, gaining in-depth knowledge of various processes and procedures. Regularly visited the factory's workshops, actively engaging with experts and learning about water treatment and centrifugal pumps. Visited the assembly, fabrication, and hydraulic systems workshops expanding my understanding on these areas. Actively participated in visits to water and gas stations, gaining exposure to their operations and systems. Acquired extensive knowledge of different types of pumps, including centrifugal and axial pumps, and their operational principles. Developed a solid understanding of roto dynamics and its application in steel production. Effectively communicated with industry experts, building strong professional relationships and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Collaborated with a talented group of colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Intern

• Job Details:Received comprehensive lectures on the functioning of power stations, including topics such as compressors, turbines, and condensers. Gained knowledge about the working pressure requirements for compressors, turbines, and condensers. Attended lectures on maintenance practices and water treatment in power stations. Had the opportunity to visit the company's site and observe the practical operation of each equipment component.
